Chan's Test Kitchen 陳家實驗廚房

兒時經常在廚房幫忙,在雙親的訓練下一般的基本功都懂,但是自從移民之後便成全職煮婦,中菜還勉強可以,西餐、麵包和蛋糕是完全不合格,自古成功在嘗試,加上人在異鄉難免有一點思念昔日的美食,這裡便是分享我們家實驗的成果。

煙肉蛋

 
 

 
 
新年假期完結了,今天又要回復正常。假期之後很難叫醒小孩子,所以今早特別做了他喜愛的煙肉炒蛋,果然不費吹灰之力他便起床。
